The Napoleon Project

It all started as a water heater failure in their mobile home. The sub floor was damaged in the middle of their home, in the bathroom and the kitchen.

Due to the nature of the damage, their home spent 4 weeks drying out. We had to demolish their living room, kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Only the bedroom would remain largely untouched. Since it was a mobile home, everything in it had been custom made to the home. We had only 4 weeks to reconstruct their house and could not give them the same level of customization in that time frame; however, we gave them every opportunity to choose the finishes going into the remodeled home.

Counter Tops
The Mrs chose the paint colors and flooring. She wanted light colors as mush as possbile. She wanted an easy to clean and maintain floor. She chose light colored wood for her cabinets, and a beautiful countertop to match them.
Cabinets
Accent Paint
Wall Paint

When demo was complete, our contractors wasted no time in replacing the drywall throughout the affected areas to provide the Napoleons with a uniform appearance to the common areas of their home.

Living Room
Dining Area
When painting was finished, our flooring installer wasted no time coming in and laying down the easy-maintenance linoleum floor covering, which complimented the walls and cabinets beautifully.

While The Mrs had chosen a tile for the back splash, time and budget constraints conspired against us and we could not install at the time of completion. We may go back in to install the bak splsh and trim out the shower with her chosen mosaic tiles.
